Spring Registration for 2014

Camden Soccer Club is currently registering players for the Spring 2014 season.  Please print the registration form, located on the left side of the webpage, and mail to the PO Box address.  This year the registration form is a TWO page form, so please make sure you print BOTH pages and mail BOTH forms.  Please be aware, we are only accepting registration forms at the soccer fields on November 2nd and the 9th, after that ALL forms must be mailed.  Camden Soccer will not be responsible for lost registration forms that are given to coaches, the Rec Center or left at the soccer building.  Children must be age 3 by August 1, 2013 to play soccer. 

The Spring 2013 Registration deadline is January 13th.
